Father's Day Presents

And it's father's day this weekend.

I made the mistake last week thinking it father's day because mother's day is the second Sunday of May. Having grown up in Australia where father's day is in September, I'm afraid I still haven't gotten used to the idea that father's day is now in June.

And now, instead of just one father's day gift, I have to think of three - one for my father, one for my father in law, and one for hubby because he's a father, too. I've always felt that the best fathers day gifts come from the heart with a personal touch. It doesn't have to bought or expensive, it just has to be meaningful. So I've gotten Gavin to work on  few projects and he's come up with some lovely designs.

Hubby has always liked abstract paintings, so what better abstract painting than one created by his son?
